Homemade bliss balls

Here are my recipes for my homemade bliss balls☺️

Carrot cake coconut bliss balls
These are one of my favs!! They taste just like carrot cake but with a hint of coconut and they are so good :))

90g rolled oats, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ginger, 2 carrots, 160g medjool dates (or any dates) 25g coconut flakes, 40g raisins and more coconut (shredded) to roll them in.

Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until it clumps together. Then form into little balls, I made about 30 with this:) roll in shredded coconut and then eat!! Store in a airtight box in the fridge.

'Nutella' bliss balls

75g hazelnuts, 140g pitted dates and 1tbsp cacao powder

Put everything into a food processor and then blend until the mixture clumps into a ball. Then form into lots of little balls, these made about 12 or so. Store in the fridge in an airtight box.

Goji berry and orange cacao bliss balls

75g hazelnuts and almonds, 140g pitted dates, 1tbsp cacao powder, juice of an orange and goji berries.

Put everything (apart from the goji berries) into a food processor and blend until it clumps together, then form into little balls {these made about 16} and press a few goji berries into each ball. Store in the fridge in an air tight box.

Cashew cookie cacao bliss balls

75g cashews, a tbsp cacao powder and 140g dates

Just blend everything together in a food processor and form into balls. You can roll these in shredded coconut or chia seeds or add anything you want:) but they are really good just like this too! Hope you enjoy them and please tag me if you make them!

Please ask if you want a blog about anything or any more recipes.
