Homemade chocolate:)

This is the recipe for my basic chocolates☺️ They are dark chocolate (nice and sweet though) but if you're not a fan then maybe you could add some milk? just experiment with it until you find what you like the most☺️

Makes about 16 small chocolates

*80g coconut oil or cacao butter
*40g cacao powder
*3 large tbsp (more or less, depends how sweet you want it) sweetener. I used agave syrup, but you can use honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, syrup etc!

Melt the coconut oil or cacao butter in a little bowl over a saucepan filled with water on the stove (on the lowest heat) once it's melted, take it off the heat and add in the cacao powder and syrup and mix with a fork. Try some to make sure it's sweet enough and that you like it! Add more sweetener or cacao powder if it doesn't taste completely like chocolate. Then once your satisfied, pour into little moulds (which you can buy on Amazon for like £3!) or into ice cube trays, little cupcake holders or anything really!! Put into the freezer for about half an hour - 1 hr, then take the chocolates out of the moulds and eattt:-) store any left over into an air sealed container in the fridge or freezer ☺️
