Homemade bliss balls

Here are my recipes for my homemade bliss balls☺️

Carrot cake coconut bliss balls
These are one of my favs!! They taste just like carrot cake but with a hint of coconut and they are so good :))

90g rolled oats, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ginger, 2 carrots, 160g medjool dates (or any dates) 25g coconut flakes, 40g raisins and more coconut (shredded) to roll them in.

Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until it clumps together. Then form into little balls, I made about 30 with this:) roll in shredded coconut and then eat!! Store in a airtight box in the fridge.

'Nutella' bliss balls

75g hazelnuts, 140g pitted dates and 1tbsp cacao powder

Put everything into a food processor and then blend until the mixture clumps into a ball. Then form into lots of little balls, these made about 12 or so. Store in the fridge in an airtight box.

Goji berry and orange cacao bliss balls

75g hazelnuts and almonds, 140g pitted dates, 1tbsp cacao powder, juice of an orange and goji berries.

Put everything (apart from the goji berries) into a food processor and blend until it clumps together, then form into little balls {these made about 16} and press a few goji berries into each ball. Store in the fridge in an air tight box.

Cashew cookie cacao bliss balls

75g cashews, a tbsp cacao powder and 140g dates

Just blend everything together in a food processor and form into balls. You can roll these in shredded coconut or chia seeds or add anything you want:) but they are really good just like this too! Hope you enjoy them and please tag me if you make them!

Please ask if you want a blog about anything or any more recipes.

My fav porridge recipes

Hello☺️ I haven't written a blog post in agessss!!!! Kind of forgot about my blog hehe but then phoebe (@flourishingbee) reminded me of it and so I've decided to start writing a few blogs again😏 This one is going to be another recipe, but then I want to maybe start writing about other things that interest me as well! If you have any ideas of what I could write about, please just say😊

Okay- this blog is going to be the recipes of a few of my fav breakfasts:)

The first one is apple, carrot, raspberry and strawberry baked oats (inspired by Lisa - @healthihappylisa) It's sooo good and definitely a new fav!!!

Recipe (remember you can change any ingredients to what suits you)

50g oats, 150ml almond milk, an apple, a carrot, as many raspberries and strawberries as you want and 1/2 tsp baking powder.

Method ~ preheat oven to 200 or 220 degrees. Put the oats and milk in a bowl, add baking powder and stir well. Then add grated carrot, an apple chopped up in lots of little bits (leave a few slices to top) and the berries (you can also leave a few of these for on top) stir well, then pour in an oven proof dish, top with the remainder of the apple and berries and then into the oven for about 30minutes.

My next fav is peach, raspberry and passionfruit porridge

Recipe ~ 50g oats, 250ml liquid (i use almond milk and water) a peach, lots of raspberries and a passionfruit

Method ~ put the oats and milk in a pan on the stove, and turn on a high heat. Let the oats cook a little then add the raspberries and stir well. As the oats thicken (they should be a pinkish colour☺️) add most of the peach chopped up in little bits, leave a few slices for topping. Finally add half a passionfruit in and stir well. Once it's nice and thick, pour into a bowl and top with the rest of the passionfruit, a few slices of peach and a few raspberries

Another one of my favs is blueberry, kiwi and passionfruit porridge

Recipe ~ 50g oats, 250ml liquid, a kiwi, lots of blueberries and a passionfruit

Method ~ put the oats and milk in a pan on the stove, turn on a high heat then add the blueberries. Stir until the oats go a blue/purple colour and start to thicken, then add most of the kiwi chopped up and half a passionfruit. Keep stirring until it's thick and creamy! Then pour in a bowl and top with the remainder of the passionfruit, a few slices of kiwi and a few blueberries:)

Hope you enjoy, please tag me if you try and of these recipes☺️ And tell me if you have any ideas of what I can do blog posts on, recipes or anything!!! thank you, and speak soon. X
